In over 20 years of activity, the Paolo Caputo & Partners studio has developed urban-scale projects, public parks, museums, religious buildings, shopping and multipurpose centres, hotels, residences and offices, parks and theme complexes. The studio’s specific field of planning, experimentation and research is the recovery and renovation of abandoned industrial and urban areas. Its principal rehabilitation projects include the intervention programme for the Marelli – Cascina San Giuseppe area and of the Nuova Bovisa (Milan) and the new building project for the former Plasmon industrial area (Milan).

Paolo Caputo has been a professor of Architectural and Urban Planning since 2002 at Politecnico di Milano, as well as director of the post-graduate course in "Landscape Architecture" since 1986 and Visiting Professor at numerous foreign universities.
